Abrupt, a thought of you
strikes the midnight mind,
oscillating flashbacks of days spent intertwined.
Endeavoring everything,
do your heart remember?
we once wished to make it together.
Gone are those days,
today, I'm left bisected.
Half remained with me,
the other you heisted.
Half too is the moon,
to whom I solicit your arrival.
Natheless, edifies me a lustur within;
half or full, or
how dark the abyss,
like that half moon,
I too choose to glitz.
